The Active Intervention Management Ltd training packages provides skills in safety risk management for employees.  It also assists employers to meet some of their obligations under specific Occupational Safety and Health Acts.  Management commitment to the implementation of these training outcomes is thus essential.

The training adopts a risk management approach to OSH. All training is provided by experienced rehabilitation consultants with qualifications in Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. Active Intervention Management Ltd will

• Clarify the organizations specific requirements
• Submit a written proposal and obtain written approval
• Review the relevant OSH legislation and standards’
• Conduct and workplace visit to gain specific information as necessary
• Deliver the training
• Evaluate the training to determine that the training objectives have been met
• Report evaluation findings and gain feedback as part of the consultancy
