Workplace injuries impose significant costs to employers, employees and the community.

The Active Intervention Management Ltd team provides employers and employees with the development of skills in safety risk management and reduction of discomfort, pain and injury. 

Our intervention is assisting companies to meet some of their obligations under specific Occupational Safety and Health Acts.

The intervention may take the form of a risk assessment process identifying factors that influence discomfort, pain and injury of workers and providing the employer with suggestions on engineering, administrative and work practice controls that may decrease these factors and therefore reduce lost work time and other associated costs of injury in the workplace.

Alternatively companies have contracted AIM to provide training programs to address specific areas of concern in their workplace.
