AIM provides Workplace Assessments for individuals recovering from injury. These are generally completed under contract with ACC or private insurance agencies however they can be provided privately for a company or employer for one or more employees.
The workplace assessment is completed to ensure clear and consise documentation of the clients work tasks, biomechanical, cognitive and sensory demands.
The workplace assessment is conducted at the worksite and involves appropriate parties from the workplace.
A report is then provided.
If you require an analysis of work tasks within your organisaiton to assist in preventing injury or when returning an employee to work following an illness we are also able to provide this. We will review the tasks and provide you with information to assist in the management of any biomechanical risks and barriers to an employee returning to work.
Management from AIM are available to negotiate cost in the delivery of this service to private organisations/individuals.
