Margaretanne Roger is a NZ trained Clinical Psychologist with over fifteen years experience.
She is trained in Cognitive-behavioural therapy and also uses techniques from Narrative Therapy and NLP. Margaretanne has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including Corrections and brain injury. She has a strong interest in working with adults who have sustained physical injuries (including traumatic brain injury) and those who live with chronic pain. She is experienced in trauma debriefing work.
Margaretanne uses a culturally responsive, strength based approach to her work. She enjoys the multi disciplinary approach to rehabilitation, finding it enriches the client’s therapy experience and outcome.
As part of her work/life balance, Margaretanne sings in a barbershop women’s chorus and writes articles for her local paper.
