Diane Henare is a New Zealand Qualified Occupational Therapist with over 28 years of experience. She has worked in mental health in Wellington in acute in patient services and community services. She has experience in running groups programmes. In the past 14 years she has worked with The Auckland Regional Pain Service providing pain management including assessment, individual and group programmes .
Diane values working with an interdisciplinary focus alongside other people who have a significant role to play in a person’s rehabilitation .
Since moving to the North in 2010 vocational service have also become part of her clinical practice.
She enjoys time with her extended family , gardening and exploring the beauty of the Far North.
