AIM was established in 2004 by Occupational Therapists Debbie Rafferty and Debbie Glendinning who continue to be Directors of the Company as well as the principle clinicians.
AIM currently contracts a highly experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Clinical and Health Psychologists and Medical Specialists providing a range of individual, pain, vocational assessments and interventions and assisting companies to prevent and manage work injuries and maintain wellness at work.
