The Stay at Work service is an early intervention service that enables a client to safely recover from injury while participating in employment to the fullest extent possible.
There are three stages within the Stay at Work service based on the client’s level of complexity, taking risk and need into consideration.
AIM is able to assist with all return to work including intervention to enhance the clients RTW i.e. education, work hardening and pain management.
We are also able to provide a workplace assessment as required. The AIM clinician will assist in the safe/early return of the client to work with individual programs designed for the specific situation with ongoing liaison with all parties including other health professionals.
